You can upload your application documents to the portal we use for this purpose using the corresponding button. We need this data to conduct the application process. This data is processed for the purposes of the employment relationship or its initiation in accordance with Section 26 (1) Sentence 1 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The data will generally be deleted no later than six months after the application process has been completed, unless it is still required for the implementation of the employment relationship. In addition, when creating your applicant profile, you can choose a longer storage period of two years, e.g., to further consider and contact you for future suitable job openings or to continue your application process later.

Your personal data will be collected and transmitted to us with the support of our service provider, the provider of an e-recruiting system we use.

It will not be transmitted to a recipient in a third country.

Storage period

Recipients of personal data

As part of our business activities, we work together with various external bodies. In some cases, it is also necessary to transfer personal data to these external bodies. We send newsletters with information about our products and our company. Your email address is required to register for the newsletter. For personal addressing, we also ask for your first and last name, title, and company name.

This data is processed for the purpose of delivering the newsletter and based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Consent is obtained during the registration process with reference to this privacy policy. You can revoke your consent at any time. A link to revoke your newsletter subscription can be found at the end of each newsletter. Revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent up to the time of revocation.
